I believe whole heartly that each and everyone of us can make a difference in the world and education is the ripple for that impact. While I like to say I'm a bit of a renaissance woman the truth is, everything I've done was rooted in being an educator. Now I teach others how to have that impact.

For nearly twenty years I've been designing learning experiences. From guided trips in wilderness of Alaska to the countryside of Italy, in middle school through undergraduate classrooms, and inside two businesses I've built from the ground up. I taught and led in rooms most people don't go looking for; on a trail, in front of a chalkboard, at the helm of a business I built myself. One of those businesses earned international recognition within three years. I don't speak in theory. I speak from twenty years of watching, up close, what actually helps people learn, grow, and finish what they started.
